 Apple Cinnamon Pancakes


1 C quick oats
1/2 C flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 C finely chopped apples
----------------------------
1 C milk
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp oil

- Combine all ingredients
- Cook on a griddle at 375 F
